1. Separation of Hair Extension Bundles and Other Products:

SHIPPING & INSURANCE TERMS

• Orders with shipment insurance are eligible for insurance claims, which must be submitted directly through the shipping partner, USPS. All decisions and processes regarding the claim, including approvals or denials, are handled exclusively by USPS
2. Orders Without Insurance Coverage
• Customers who do not add shipment insurance accept full responsibility for any issues that occur during transit, including:
• Missing or skipped transit scans by the shipping partner.
• Packages with incomplete or no transit updates.
• Loss, theft, or damage to packages.
• Orders without shipment insurance are ineligible for refunds, replacements, or insurance claims under any circumstances.
3. Responsibility Limitations:
• The company is responsible for ensuring orders are properly packed, shipped, and handed off to the shipping partner.
• Once a package is in the possession of the shipping partner, their transit policies and services govern the process.
• Once delivery is confirmed by the shipping partner, the package is considered delivered to the customer, and responsibility transfers entirely to the customer.

RESPONSIBILITY FOR SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Delivered Packages: Once a shipped order has a Transit Status of "Delivered", the safety of the order parcel is transferred to the recipient (Customer).

Missing "Delivered" Packages: We encourage customers to file an appropriate police report for suspected mail theft to local authorities. Please note that Insurance Claim submissions for "Delivered" orders will be denied.

International Shipments and Customs Charges
The Firas Collection is proud to offer international shipping. However, please note that your order may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and fees determined by your country’s customs authorities. These charges are not included in your order total and are beyond our control.
If your shipping address requires a customs charge for release, the shipping partner (e.g., DHL, FedEx, UPS) will notify you directly with instructions on how to pay these fees. Until payment is made, your package may be held, and failure to pay could result in the package being returned or discarded. Unfortunately, in such cases, we cannot issue a refund for the order or shipping costs.
