Weight Verification for Hair Extension Bundles:

At our manufacturing facility, each hair extension bundle undergoes a thorough quality check that includes weight verification. We take this step to ensure that every bundle meets our weight requirement standards.

Weight Requirement:

Our hair extension bundles are required to meet a weight range of 90-100 grams. However, it's important to note that the exact weight within this range may vary slightly based on the texture and density of the hair. This slight variation is normal and does not affect the quality or value of the product.

We understand that the weight of hair extensions is an important factor for many customers, as it contributes to the overall volume and thickness of the hair when installed. Rest assured that our team meticulously selects and packages each bundle to meet or exceed our weight standards, delivering consistent and high-quality products.

Why do our extensions vary in color/texture?

Our human hair extensions are unprocessed, meaning they retain their natural color and texture. This variation is completely normal and reflects the uniqueness of each individual hair strand. While we do our best to provide consistent quality, slight color/texture variations can occur.

Color Options:

Currently, we do not offer specific color options for our human hair extensions. However, if you're looking to achieve a specific shade, we recommend consulting with a professional stylist. They can use a Semi-Permanent or Permanent color treatment to achieve the exact shade you desire.

Our extensions are sourced in their purest form, resulting in natural variations in color.

Our Hair Extension bundles fall within the color shade range of "#1B - #4". This variation is entirely normal and showcases the uniqueness of each hair strand. While we strive for consistent quality, slight color and texture variations can occur.

 

 

We wanted to take a moment to explain the unique curl/wave pattern that you may have noticed on our hair extensions before their first shampoo.

The uniform curl/wave pattern you see on our hair extension products is intentionally created using a process known as "steam setting." This method is employed to ensure that all individual hair strands are uniform and consistent in their curl or wave pattern, resulting in a cohesive and visually appealing appearance when packaged and delivered to our valued customers.

Here's how the process works:

  1. Steam Treatment: Prior to packaging, the hair extensions undergo a controlled steam treatment. This involves subjecting the hair to steam, which helps set the desired curl or wave pattern.

  2. Uniformity: Steam setting ensures that each hair strand adopts the intended curl or wave style consistently across the entire set of extensions. This process helps maintain the quality and aesthetics of the product.

It's important to note that the packaging curl/wave pattern is slightly different and may change after the first shampoo.

The hair extensions are completely versatile and can be restyled to your liking using heat styling tools, making them customizable to your preferred look. We strongly encourage customers to use a Heat Protection Product to ensure that their hair extensions maintain their natural wave/curl after styling. 

Scent of Hair Extensions

 

At The Firas Collection, we are committed to providing our customers with the highest quality human hair extensions. It's important to note that, due to the nature of these extensions, they may exhibit a slight scent upon receipt. This is a normal characteristic and can be resolved through proper care and maintenance.

 

Resolution: If you encounter a scent with your hair extension product, we recommend the following steps for resolution:

 

1.   Wash with Clarifying Shampoo:  Begin by washing your hair extension product with a clarifying shampoo. This type of shampoo is designed to effectively remove any residual scents or product buildup. Gently lather the clarifying shampoo into the hair, focusing on the areas where the scent is noticeable. Rinse thoroughly with lukewarm water.

 

2.   Deep Moisturizing Conditioner:  After using the clarifying shampoo, apply a deep moisturizing conditioner to the hair. This will help restore moisture and leave the hair feeling soft and revitalized. Leave the conditioner on for the recommended duration, then rinse with cool water.

 

3.  Air Dry:   Allow the hair extension product to air dry naturally or use a blow dryer on a low-heat setting if needed.

 

These steps should effectively eliminate any residual scent from your hair extensions. It's important to remember that the scent is a temporary issue and is not an indication of the quality of the product. Human hair extensions can sometimes retain odors from the manufacturing and packaging processes, but they can be refreshed and revitalized with proper care.

 

Please note that while our manufacturing and fulfillment team diligently inspects all products to meet The Firas Collection's quality standards, we recognize that each customer may have unique hair extension quality expectations. We strongly advise customers to inspect all received products before removing the product's blue tag, as this action makes the item ineligible for any form of exchange or return.

Each product is priced and processed as an individual item. Any bundling or combination of products must be explicitly mentioned during the ordering process and may be subject to separate pricing and terms.

2. Quality Guarantee:

You acknowledge that you have reviewed and accepted the terms listed in our Quality Guarantee. Our Quality Guarantee outlines the standards and conditions related to the quality, authenticity, and condition of our products. Please refer to the Quality Guarantee section on our website for specific details.

3. Transit-Related Issues:

Once your order is handed over to a mail courier or shipping recipient, The Firas Collections assumes no responsibility for any transit-related issues, including but not limited to delays, loss, damage, or theft of the package. Any concerns or claims related to transit issues should be directed to the respective courier or shipping company in accordance with their policies and procedures.

Responsibility for Shipping and Delivery

  3. Delivery Issues: The Firas Collection is not responsible for any issues that may arise during the shipping and delivery process, including but not limited to:

    • Stolen Packages: If a package is marked as delivered but has been stolen or is missing, we recommend contacting the local authorities and the carrier (e.g., USPS) to report the issue. We do not assume responsibility for stolen packages.

    • Lost Packages: In the event of a lost package, we advise you to contact the carrier (e.g., USPS) to initiate an investigation and resolve the matter. We are not responsible for packages that are lost in transit.

    • Delivery Delays: While we make every effort to ensure that your orders are delivered on time, we do not guarantee delivery dates. Delivery times may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions, holidays, or unforeseen circumstances. Please refer to the carrier's tracking information for updates on the status of your shipment.

    • Delivered PackagesOnce a shipped order has a Transit Status of "Delivered", the safety of the order parcel is transferred to the recipient (Customer).

    • Missing "Delivered" Packages: We encourage customers to file an appropriate police report for suspected mail theft to local authorities. Please note that Insurance Claim submissions for "Delivered" orders will be denied.

If you encounter any issues related to the delivery of your order, including tracking updates or delivery inquiries, we recommend contacting the relevant carrier directly (e.g., USPS). They will have access to the most up-to-date information and can assist you in resolving any concerns or questions

Chargeback Claims:

By completing a purchase on our website, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions regarding chargeback claims and disputes related to lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged shipments:

Chargeback Claims: You acknowledge that in cases where an order parcel(s) is lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged during shipment to your specified shipping address, you will not file a chargeback claim against The Firas Collection.

 

Chargeback as Fraudulent Activity: You understand that filing a chargeback claim under the circumstances described above is considered a form of fraudulent activity. The Firas Collection takes all instances of fraud seriously and will take appropriate action to protect our business interests, including but not limited to:

 

- Legal action against individuals involved in fraudulent chargeback claims.

- Reporting such activities to relevant authorities.

- Pursuing recovery of any incurred costs and damages resulting from fraudulent claims.
